In developing my Kendrick Lamar merch concept, I wanted to address the challenge of creating merchandise that feels more like a collectible piece of culture than just a product. My insight was that Kendrick Lamar’s work is not only music, but also poetry, storytelling, and cultural critique.

During execution, I experimented with different layouts and found that balancing minimalism with powerful text created the strongest connection to Kendrick’s brand. The outcome is merch that feels unique and compelling, reflecting both my curiosity about graphic design and the cultural weight of Kendrick’s music.
