The project was inspired by the mythic storytelling of Aztec culture and the bold aesthetics of Lucha Libre. It reimagines a masked wrestler, “Ado”, as a supernatural protector of his village — blending folklore and heroism through collectible design. I experimented with contrasting light and dark versions of Ado to represent balance and transformation. The biggest challenge was uniting cultural depth with commercial design, which I overcame through research, digital illustration, and iterative visual refinement.
